This privacy notice (hereinafter the “Policy”) aims to explain the rules governing the various data-processing operations carried out when using our website accessible at the URL: www.bbverdolivo.it (hereinafter the “Site”).
The Site’s personal data processing is the responsibility of two co-controllers.
The data controllers are:
Amenitiz Solutions (hereinafter “Amenitiz”), which manages the Amenitiz website

Amenitiz supports hospitality professionals by offering them a cloud-based SaaS platform to create a website for their activity.

Amenitiz and the institution are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Data Controller.” The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” in this Privacy Policy refer to the Data Controller.As co-controllers of your personal data, we do our utmost to protect your privacy when you visit the Site.
This Policy helps you understand the origin and use of your personal data and browsing information processed when you visit our Site.

Your data is retained for ten (10) years after your last booking to respond to inquiries or legal, accounting, or analytical obligations (French Commercial Code, Article L.123-22).We may retain data for anonymized research or analytics.If you subscribed to our newsletter but have not opened emails for more than twelve (12) months, we will cease contacting you.Any substantial changes to this policy will be updated here and notified via email when material.Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely, as re-identification is impossible.

Your personal data is hosted by Heroku Inc., The Landmark @ 1 Market St., Suite 300, San Francisco, CA, 94105, USA.The servers storing your data are located in Frankfurt, Germany.We have implemented appropriate technical measures to maintain the security of your personal data.

Your consent must be explicit and informed, so when using a contact form on the Site:
